In addition, Troy has worked with economic development agencies throughout the United States accessing available incentives and grants for project and business development.
Troy has owned, and operated companies over several decades with a focus on recycling, waste management and renewable fuels. As a nationally recognized entrepreneur, he was invited to partner with large companies in the corn-based ethanol industry to build a 100 million gallon per year plant as well as major landfill management firms for reuse of end-of-life mixed plastics to produce “closed loop” industrial products to achieve environmental sustainability goals.
Troy has spent the last several years co-developing technologies for dairy manure management to provide low cost effective liquid/solids separation centered on water reclamation, lagoon remediation and closure while reutilizing the concentrated manure solids for bedding and non-fossil based fertilizer.
